Our dedicated Senior Consultant Henry who has been with us for over 2 years now, and has over 15 years executive search and recruitment experience, is currently helping numerous clients to recruit at a senior level. So don't forget we are here to help with managerial and executive roles too!

UK unemployment rate remained at 3.8% for March to May which is the lowest since October to December 1974!
The employment rate also remained close to a record high at 76.0%.
Don't forget! JR Personnel are here to help you find talent or find your next great job!

JR Personnel are members of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) and they have produced important data highlighting employers’ confidence, both in the UK economy and in their own businesses’ ability, to hire and invest. This improvement has started since the extension of Brexit's deadline.

Analysis shows that employers’ confidence in making hiring and investment decisions increased by 4% from the previous quarter, with confidence in the UK economy also rising by 3%.

Great news too for our candidates! Hiring intentions for temporary agency workers continued to rise.

REC data also highlighted the fact employers are still concerned about skills shortages. JR Personnel can be a valuable partner to assist you with all areas of office recruitment and we are always here to give you advice on the recruitment market in general.

IF you're looking for your next dream role and have decided to ask for our help here at JR Personnel the first main step is registering with us.

Registering gives us the time to get to know you as a person, find out what you're looking for and your expectations and is a vital part of the recruitment process.

If you find yourself all of a sudden struggling to make your registration appointment or have changed your mind, don't worry, there's plenty of ways you can let us know.

All our contact details are here on our website:-

You can send us an email at [email protected]

Or give us a call on 01509 211 211

Our office is open Monday to Friday from 08:30am until 5:30pm and out of hours there's a voicemail service to leave us a message.

Last month alone we had 14 registration no shows, when taking into account the time it takes to set up a registration appointment alongside the hour slot allocated for each meeting, it all adds up to be a significant amount of time we could utilise elsewhere.

Please help us to be more efficient and let us know if you would like to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
