JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking foran effective and proactive Credit Manager to lead a team.
 
Role profile:
  • To lead and manage an effective credit team
  • Building, maintaining and managing relationships with external debt collectors
  • Monitor ongoing credit limit and buying to ensure profitability
  • Analysis of financial statements
  • Maintaining reports and keeping them updated
  • To provide a professional and business like service to all customers
 
Person profile:
  • Highly organised with a natural ability and a desire for problem solving
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and work on own initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong management and organizational skills
 
Essential criteria:
  • Experience in banking, debt collection or credit management
  • Credit team leadership experience
  • Strong experience in interpreting financial information, data analysis and reporting
  • Interest and awareness of economic and market conditions
 
Desired criteria:
  • Degree level Education
