Salary: £9.00 per hour

Hours:Monday to Friday 08:30am – 5:30pm ½ hr lunch break

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an effective and proactive Administrator to support various areas of the business, in particular the Finance Department.

Role profile:
  •  - Assist the Finance team with all general Administrative duties
  •  - Manage calls from Clients and External Colleagues efficiently and in a good telephone manner
  •  - Process paperwork and Proof or Deliveries
  •  - Customer Service via email and phone
  •  - Process invoices
  •  - Provide other cover for department processes
  •  - Ad hoc duties.

Person profile:
  •  - Previous experience working within an Accounts department
  •  - Purchase and Sales ledger experience
  •  - Attention to detail
  •  - Excellent Administration and Customer Service skills
  •  - Adaptability to work in a changing environment
  •  - Ability to work to deadlines
  •  - Good Microsoft Office skills
  •  - Good communication skills
  •  - Reliability
  •  - Positive attitude
