TITLE: Customer Support Advisor

JOB REF: PV11202

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

LOCATION: Based in the office in the Beaumont Leys/Glenfield area

SALARY: £22,750

HOURS: 8.30am – 5pm/9am – 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am – 1.30pm Friday with a 30mins lunch 

CAR PARKING: Onsite

 

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Customer Support Advisor to join their small, friendly Customer Support team on a full time, permanent basis.

 

The Company: Our client is a world leader in its field but remains a local, independent business in the heart of Leicestershire with a focus on offering excellent customer service in an environment which prides itself on teamwork and integrity.

The ideal candidate will already have some Customer Support experience with the ability to communicate at a high level in person, over the phone and via email. You will be happy to work closely with all departments of the business and be a multi-faceted employee.

ROLE PROFILE:

  • Act as first point of contact for all customer enquiries ensuring all communications are dealt with promptly
  • Offer advice to customers regarding products
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve queries and identify potential issues
  • Raise credits and FOC replacements for products when required
  • Create stocklist and purchase reports when requested
  • Enter orders on to the bespoke system
  • Produce invoices when required
  • Oversee and maintain stock levels for general stationery etc.
  • Various other duties as and when required

 

 

 

PERSON PROFILE:

  • Highly organised with a natural ability to prioritise
  • Great telephone manner with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Ability to manage own workload as well as working as part of a team

 

 

 

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Good admin and customer service experience
  • Used to dealing with customers
  • Competent level of MS Office
  • A good level of English
  • Excellent grammar
  • Excellent attention to detail required

 

 

DESIRED CRITERIA:

  • Own transport
