HOURS:Full time hours

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced PA who is tenacious, capable, can hit the ground running, has excellent IT skills and wants to be part of an exciting company who help customers navigate the complex transition to be more sustainable. This is a well-established exciting business, where as a PA you will be required to support the Head of the department and the wider team to achieve their business goals.

ROLE PROFILE: We are looking for an exceptional office administrator/PA to provide an extensive range of administrative support to facilitate the smooth running of a fast-paced department.

You will report directly to the Head of Department, and be responsible for providing a variety of administrative, planning and management information support to include:

  • Diary management
  • Travel arrangements, car hire, hotel bookings, travel visas, equipment and processing travel expenses
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Preparing reports using Excel
  • Event organisation e.g. conferences, internal meetings and preparing the agenda, external events
  • Ensuring information relating to the department and its staff is up to date
  • Arranging assistance with AV / video conferencing facilities
  • Become an IT Cloud super-user, so you can deal with complex invoicing arrangements and processing of orders via their system and provide training and support to the wider team. (Full training will be provided)
  • Managing the business supplies, including IT equipment, stationary, etc
  • Assisting with management of assets e.g. laptop inventory

Our client offers a structured induction programme to help get you familiar with the team, systems and processes to get you up to speed. 

PERSON PROFILE:

  • To have the passion and motivation to help contribute to our clients shared success in achieving their business goals
  • Proven experience in a PA or Executive Assistant role.
  • Versatile approach to work.
  • Excellent IT knowledge
  • Ability to pick up new tasks and processes and IT systems with ease

 

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills
  • Creative problem solver
  • High levels of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent MS Office skills; specifically, PowerPoint and Excel
