Duration: ASAP – 6 Months Temporary
Location: Syston
Salary: £35 - £40 per hour dependent on experience
Hours: 35 per week Monday to Friday
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to help implement beneficial changes and meet project goals.
Role profile:- Identify and communicate change initiatives
- Liaise with IT developers and act as the conduit between them and the business
- Produce and analyse business requirements using various resources
- Provide strong definitions for requirements and effectively communicate the impact the change will make upon the business
- Where necessary deliver supporting documents for requirements to show how changes will be implemented etc.
- Understand the different requirements fully to ensure you can effectively prioritise
- Challenge solution and proposal ideas appropriately
- Should any queries arise at any point manage and resolve these in an effective and timely manner
Essential Skills and Requirements:- 5 years or equivalent in a similar role within the insurance/IT industry
- Good understanding of IT systems
- Experience of working in Agile and Waterfall environments
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be assertive with a pragmatic approach
- Must be able to think outside of the box and fully understand the impact of actions
- Must have excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and Visio
- Strong analytical skills
