Reason for Vacancy – Maternity Contract
Hours: 36.25 hours per week Monday to Friday
Salary: £17,000 per annum

Job Profile:
Working within the Customer Services department you will be providing effective support of a digital portfolio and online services to new and existing customers.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Accurately follow instructions and find opportunity to improve and develop upon processes as when necessary
  • Respond to and log customer complaints and feedback in a timely, courteous and efficient manner
  • Manage any queries which may come into the Service mailbox regarding third party database products escalating to the supplier if First Line resolution is not possible
  • Prioritise effectively when dealing with inbound queries in the Digital Mailbox
  • Liaise with the sales team and provide support where necessary on issue resolution
  • Set up trial accounts for digital services with new customers
  • Any other duties as and when required by the customer services team
Person Specification
  • Ideally minimum of 2 years Customer Services/Digital Support experience
  • Excellent organisation/prioritisation and communication
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as a team
  • Must have plenty of initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Experience of SAP Desirable
