SALARY: Up to £37,000 per annum
HOURS: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a well-established client who is looking for an experienced HR Specialist. This is a fantastic career opportunity to work in a stand-alone position to cover all aspects of HR for the business.
Role profile:- Supporting line managers with HR advice and performance management.
- Managing all internal polices and procedures for the business.
- Maintain accurate and up to date personnel records.
- Point of contact for members of staff and responding to enquiries.
- Effectively manage all recruitment.
- Oversee all employee training and development.
- Administer the company Apprenticeship scheme.
- Managing disciplinaries, grievances, attendance, and performance issues.
Essential Experience:- CIPD qualified or equivalent HR experience.
- Experience of working as in a senior HR role.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent IT skills
