Hours full time 35 hours per week 9am-5pm Mon to Fri
Based in the office in the Beaumont Leys/Glenfield area
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking foran effective and proactive Marketing Assistant to work in a lovely organisation who really look after their staff.
Our client is seeking an exceptional individual to join their in-house marketing team and an organised, self-motivated person who is used to prioritising to meet deadlines.
The Marketing team deal with promotions and merchandising, as well as produce newsletters and brochures. You must be a great proofreader and have a passion for marketing.
Role profile:- Producing monthly brochures
- Producing and sending email newsletters
- Promoting products
- Entering lists & other information onto the database and the website
- Social media duties
- Writing articles for the website
- Communicate with departments re marketing initiatives and ideas
- Lots of general admin and support
Person profile:- Highly organised with a natural ability to prioritise
- Great telephone manner with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Ability to manage own workload as well as working as part of a team
Essential criteria:- Strong experience in admin ideally within a marketing role
- Used to dealing with customers
- Competent level of MS Office
- A good level of English
- Excellent grammar
- Excellent attention to detail required
