JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for:-
An effective and proactive Telesales and Customer Service Representative to work in a team providing support to all areas of the business.
Role profile:
• To manage a specific customer area and provide a professional and business-like service to existing and potential customers, dealing with all calls and emails
• Selling and developing the customers turnover over the telephone as well as exploring new business opportunities
• Working alongside the field sales manager covering the same area
• To efficiently deal with customer enquiries and complaints
• Process and chase orders, ensuring delivery times are met
• Database management and preparation of correspondence
Person profile:
• Must have lots of initiative and enjoy telesales and customer service
• Confident person who has the ability to build long term customer relationships at all levels
• Excellent telephone manner and Microsoft office skills
• Hands on approach to work
Essential criteria:
• Excellent numeracy, written and oral communication skills
• Good knowledge of ICT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and email
Desired criteria:
• Own transport
