EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Temporary ASAP – Approx. 1 month
LOCATION: Loughborough
SALARY: £12 - £13 per hour dependent on experience
HOURS: Full Time Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm (some flexibility available)
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to assist with transitioning on to a new payroll system. This is a temporary assignment for around 1 month so will require a Payroll Administrator who can confidently hit the ground running.
Role profile: Payroll Administrator- - Assist the finance department with all payroll duties
- - Check the existing payroll system matches with the new system before transition
- - Complete parallel payroll runs on the new system
- - Assist with other payroll duties as and when required
Essential Experience: Payroll administrator- - Previous experience within payroll
- - Excellent attention for detail
- - Able to spot discrepancies in large amounts of data
- - Friendly, professional approach to work
- - Able to manage own workload
- - Can hit the ground running
- - Available immediately with no notice period
