SALARY: up to £50,000 depending upon experience
HOURS: Monday – Friday, full time
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an in-house Finance Manager. You must be fully qualified in CIMA or equivalent. This important pivotal role will require someone who is very hands on and happy being the main person in accounts. It is working in a friendly office where everyone works together for the common goal. Fantastic all-round position where you will need to be able to deal with all areas of accounts.
Role profile:- Reporting to the Company Directors
- Managing an accounts assistant who deals with all sales and purchase orders
- Dealing with all bank accounts
- Daily cash flow duties
- Payroll - processing wages and expenses
- Reporting
- Year end tasks
- All month end duties
- Debtor/creditor balance weekly reporting to Director
- PAYE and NI payments
- Dealing with insurances for the business eg car and company
- Assist with lots of ad hoc work
- Strong person who can manage all areas of accounts
- Excellent time management, someone who is able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
Essential criteria:- Fully qualified
- Must have accounts experience in all areas
- Pragmatic approach and flexible to support the business in wider accounting tasks, as and when required
Desired criteria:- Sage 50 and Sage Payroll
