Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday
 

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client, who is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive with a minimum of 2 years B2B sales experience.

 
The Opportunity:This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-growing company in Leicestershire with clients nationwide. You will be working in a small, friendly team who are passionate about making a difference to their clients.

The Role:
  • - Actively bring in new business acquisitions and sales to the business
  •  
  • - Produce accurate and informative quotations/proposals for clients
  •  
  • - Increase sales revenue year on year in line with set targets
  •  
  • - Attend client meetings and build on relationships
  •  
  • - Attend sales meetings; contributing ideas and sharing experiences to assist with planning sales activities in the future
  •  
  • - Develop a detailed understanding of products and services and present on these when required
  •  
  • - Proactively use social media and networking to profile new business opportunities
  •  
  • - Provide monthly sales reports to your line manager detailing business won, sales pipeline and new potential opportunities
  •  
  • - Various other duties as and when required
 
Skills and Experience:
  •  
  • - 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
  •  
  • - Drive and have own transport as this role does require you to visit clients out of the office
  •  
  • - Passionate about new business and building relationships
  •  
  • - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  •  
  • - Persistent, but respectful, in nature
  •  
  • - Commercially aware
  •  
  • - Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
