Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a AAT/ACCA/or CIMA qualified/part qualified Management Accountant with at least 5 years of experience in a Management Accountant role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and be able to work independently within a small finance team.

Role profile:- Monthly production of Management Accounts and balance sheet reconcilliations
- Prepare financial statements and reports for senior management
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and potential risks and opportunities
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Reviewing and analysing costs and expenses
- Implement financial policies and procedures
- Provide financial guidance and advice to senior management
- Own and manage quarterly VAT returns
- Support in year- end accounts prep
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in Sage would be advantageous
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS accounting legislation
