SALARY: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum dependent on experience
HOURS: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 4:30 or 9:00 – 5:00
Hybrid working 2 days a week from home, 3 in office following training.
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a proactive, customer focussed Service Administrator.
The opportunity:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a small team of Administrators for a world leader in its field. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, be extremely customer focussed and able to juggle multiple tasks at once. As Service Administrator you will manage the end to end process of aftersales so you will be an excellent communicator with outstanding organisation and multi-tasking abilities. Our client offers 26 days holiday plus bank holiday, pension contributions and hybrid working within a friendly office environment.
Role profile:- - Account Management for all customers in a specific area of the UK
- - Efficiently schedule engineers across the UK
- - Raise quotations.
- - Sourcing parts
- - Raising invoices and purchase orders
- - Liaise with various internal departments including sales, project, warehouse and finance departments.
- - Various other duties as and when required.
Essential Experience:- - Excellent Customer Service skills and able to speak with a variety of customers via email and phone.
- - Very strong prioritisation and organisational skills
- - Used to working in a fast paced, pressurised environment.
- - Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office including Excel
- - Previous experience of scheduling is advantageous
- - Proactive candidate with exceptional multitasking skills
