SALARY: Up to £29,000 per annum dependent on experience
HOURS: Monday to Friday 35 hours per week, hybrid with Mondays and Fridays working from home following training
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a small, vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have office experience and be driven by achieving team and individual targets.
The Opportunity:
Be the first point of call for new and existing customers, working as a team to reach set goals. Extensive training will be given to ensure you are equipped with product knowledge to ensure targets are hit and customers receive excellent service.
Role profile:- - Contact existing customers regarding renewals
- - Manage all incoming customer queries via email, phone and online chat software
- - Identify and take opportunity to upsell and cross-sell additional products
- - Adhere to compliance requirements at all times
- - Maintain and develop product knowledge
- - Liaise with other departments regarding new proposals
Person profile:- - Previous experience in a customer service role
- - Confident phone manner
- - Motivated by targets and goals
- - Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- - A team player
- - Previous office-based experience
