Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am -4.30pm
Salary: Up to £26,000 depending on experience
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Warehouse Operative to oversee the despatch department, ensuring all orders are dispatched on time. Have the ability to lead, motivate and manage a team.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:- Working closely with various departments ensuring stock is continuously replenished and orders are dispatched on time
- Liaise with the sales team to ensure orders meet requirements
- Ensuring quality of stock is maintained
- Maintain stock levels by leading regular stock checks and investigating anomalies
- Arrange booking of deliveries with customers via email/telephone
- Monitoring team performance
- Ensuring all company policies and procedures are followed
Person Specification- Ability to forward think and plan
- Highly structured and organised
- Ability to lead, motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language, verbal and in written form
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
