SALARY: £26,839 per annum
HOURS: Full time Monday to Friday
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced in-house Recruitment Consultant or HR professional with experience in recruiting, working in a busy HR Department.

Role profile:- - Proactively head hunting suitable candidates to fill internal roles
- - Managing all company vacancies from start to finish
- - Liaising with recruitment agencies to distribute job details and arrange interviews
- - Vet any compliance related information such as references, DBS checks, right to work documents etc.
- - All administrative duties relating to recruitment including but not limited to writing job adverts, arranging interviews and arranging contractual information
- - HR duties such as processing new starter forms, offer letters and references
- - Various other recruitment and administrative duties as and when required
Essential Experience:- - Previous experience as a recruitment consultant
- - Experience of in-house recruitment
- - Experience of dealing with confidential information
- - HR experience, including payroll and contracts
Further Skills/Experience- - Proactive, organised and excellent time management
- - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- - In depth knowledge of recruitment and HR related practices
- - Confidential, discrete nature
