Salary: £23,000 + Bonus and other benefits
Hours: 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday (flexibility required due to nature of role)
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a professional Events Assistant to assist the marketing team with various tasks and duties
ROLE PROFILE:
- Ensure all internal and external events are delivered at a high level of quality
- Manage the events team inbox, responding to enquiries when necessary
- Managing webinar calendars and sending diary invites
- Supplying event merchandise and materials
- Support the events team to provide a high-quality service to other areas of the business running events
- Taking customer feedback and identifying any areas of improvement
- Assist the events and marketing team with any adhoc projects as and when required
PERSON PROFILE:- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Experience of working within events
- Ability to always provide a high standard
- Ability to maintain and build client relationships through excellent customer service
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Customer focussed
- Self-motivated, level-headed with a resilient outlook
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and efficient
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:- Previous events experience
- Good administration skills
- PC literate
- Professional manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
