SALARY: £25,000+ per annum pro rata

HOURS: Part Time, 25 – 30 hours per week Monday to Friday
 
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a part time PA to assist Senior Management and internal Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting directors or senior management alongside an interest and experience in utilising social media platforms to increase company sales and customer engagement
 
The Opportunity:

This position is a great opportunity to work within an established manufacturing company in Loughborough. The role requires a dedicated, organised professional with a natural creative flair to be able to write and create exciting content for social media platforms, the hours are flexible to suit the perfect candidate and salary starts at £25,000 per annum pro rata.
 
Role profile:
  •  
  • - Manage the Managing Director’s email inbox and calls, redirecting queries to relevant departments where necessary
  •  
  • - Take full management of the MD’s diary, including scheduling meetings
  •  
  • - Proactively manage and prepare events, both corporate and social
  •  
  • - Maintain a social media presence with engaging and visually exciting content
  •  
  • - Arrange room bookings for meetings and arrange refreshments when required
  •  
  • - Distribute internal communications to employees and board members
 
Person profile:
  •  
  • - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  •  
  • - Excellent organisational skills
  •  
  • - Able to multi task and works well under pressure
  •  
  • - Previous experience providing support to Directors or senior management
  •  
  • - Previous experience using Social Media to enhance business engagement and other marketing tools
  •  
  • - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
