TITLE: Part time Receptionist
JOB REF: T3285 – Temporary for 2 months could be extended
Location: Syston
Salary: £10.50/£11.00 per hour  
Hours: 22.5 hours per week Monday to Friday
            Rota:- Week 1 - 8.30am – 1pm
                         Week 2 - 1pm – 5.30pm
 
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Receptionist to join a great company where they really look after their staff.  This role is working in fabulous offices in a wonderful and friendly environment. You will be providing administrative and reception support for one department. This is a great opportunity as a receptionist and administrator as you will be independently running the reception desk.
 
ROLE PROFILE:  
  • Operating the main switchboard
  • Receiving all visitors on site
  • Organising meeting rooms
  • Booking taxis, train tickets, hotel rooms, etc
  • Monitoring the department’s inbox for all emails
  • Making outgoing telephone calls
  • Adhering to H&S and producing relevant information as required
  • Dealing with the incoming and outgoing post
  • Data entry and working with the in house database
  • Preparing and filing important documents – using a paperless system
  • Producing reports and other documentation
  • Assisting with any ad-hoc tasks as and when required
 
PERSON PROFILE:
  • Excellent attention to detail and be able to work methodically, consistently and be a self-starter
  • Experience within a similar position
  • Excellent communicator
  • Good numeracy skills required
  • Good organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills including tact and discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
 
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Able to work independently
