DURATION: Temporary Position for 7 weeks starting 15th August 2022
LOCATION: Leicester City Centre
SALARY: £9.50 per hour
JR Personnel is an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a confident Customer Service candidate who preferably has a good working knowledge of educational settings and GDPR compliance.
Your role will be to assist the existing team with additional cover during a busy period. You will have the opportunity to work three days in the city centre office and two days from home. It’s also important to note that no holidays can be taken during the 7 week period.
Role profile:- - Answer customer phone calls and emails efficiently and within set timeframes
- - Manage customer expectations and resolve queries
- - Accurately record all customer communication
- - Investigate and escalate customer concerns where necessary
- - Manage the CRM system to keep customer data up to date
- - Be proactive in gaining an understanding of products to ensure you can provide detailed knowledge and assistance to customers
Person profile:- - Keen willingness to learn, improve and adapt
- - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- - Ability to manage own workload effectively
- - Meticulous and methodical way of approaching workload
- - Able to work well under pressure
Essential criteria:- - Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
- - Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- - Excellent customer service skills
Desired criteria:- - Experience working within an educational setting
