Up to £25,000 per annum dependent on experience
37.5 hours Monday to Friday
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a well-established reputable client who are looking for an Administrator to work within a friendly team in a beautiful office setting.
Role profile:- Point of contact for clients enquiries through to end
- Gather and input of date
- Preparation of meetings
- Process and maintenance of client records
- Building client relationships
- Processing of orders
- Communicating clear and concisely with clients, colleagues and external contacts
- Identifying any improvements or reporting gaps
- Attendance of internal and external courses as and when required
- Carry out all administrative duties to assist in the smooth running of the business
Person profile:- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Experienced using Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn new IT databases and retain information
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Confident in liaising with clients
- Friendly and a team player
