Hours: 37 hours per week
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join their Finance Department. You will be working for a company established over 30 years ago; a market leader in its field with an excellent reputation.
ROLE PROFILE:- - Ensure purchase ledger is up to date
- - Process purchase invoices using Sage200c
- - Raise invoice queries
- - Monitor the accounts department email inbox
- - Cover sales ledger as and when required
- - Process company expenses
- - Various other duties as and when required
PERSON PROFILE:- - Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- - Self-motivated, shows initiative whilst under pressure
- - A positive, “can do” attitude with the drive to undertake additional necessary training if required
- - High attention to detail
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:- - Experience using Sage
- - Good Microsoft Office knowledge
- - Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
- - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
