Sales Support Executive

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking fora driven candidate with a passion for building and developing client relationships; the ideal candidate will already have some experience in B2B sales and utilising various communication channels to enhance and build upon existing and new customer relationships and want to develop and hone these skills in a friendly, supportive team.

• Maintain and build relationships with customers and distributors

• Collate information to ensure a better understanding of client needs
•  
• Guide and inform customers to solutions for their requirements
•  
• Support the sales team
•  
• Provide reports and update internal forecasts with new sales activities
•  
• Be proactive in customer engagement via various communication channels including phone, email and
• social media
•  
• Gain thorough understanding of products to impart knowledge effectively to customers and distributors

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
•  
• IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
•  
• Experience using LinkedIn and other social platforms
•  
• Prior experience in B2B sales
•  
• Degree qualified
•  
• Customer focussed and a passion for building upon existing relationships

• Eager to continually learn and progress
