- JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is for a Customer Service Specialist.
The Opportunity:
Our client, a world leader in its industry and are seeking a candidate with strong communication skills plus excellent accuracy and attention to detail to fulfil the position within the Customer Services Team. Temporary to start ASAP with the possibility of going to a permanent within three months. Training on the job, free on site car parking,

Role profile:- Prepare competitive quotations
- Ownership of own projects and quotes
- Opportunities to get involved in customer visits and sales events
- Supporting the sales function and having a direct impact on business profit
- Learn and build commercial awareness and product knowledge
- Handling customer complaints over the phone/email and follow up as necessary
Person profile:- Strong communication skills must be able to build rapport naturally across diverse teams in the business as well as external companies/customers
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy at all times work well under pressure
- Strong numerical skills and general business acumen, understanding of profit margin encouraged
- Good IT skills(Microsoft office, Search engines etc)
