- JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Customer Service Agent.
The Opportunity:
This is an exciting international company and are seeking a candidate with excellent accuracy and attention to detail to fulfil the position within the Customer Services Team on a temporary basis. HOURS: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week – rotating shift pattern
7am – 4 pm, 7.30am – 4.30pm, 8am – 5pm

Role profile:- Order entry /processing
- Dealing with customers via telephone
- Provide customers with relevant information and updates
- Act as first point of contact for all new customer enquires
- Work closely and liaise with other departments
Person profile:- Motivated and focused on the job at hand
- Professional and able to build strong relationships
- A logical approach to problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi task and prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- A can-do attitude
