8.30-5.00 Mon to Fri 37.5 hours per week

This role as an in house IT technician, is to provide all the users with 1st and 2nd line IT support and act as the first port of call for all technical service queries and IT requests. You will be mainly using Office 365 and all other systems are bespoke to the client.
Role profile:
  • 1st and 2nd IT line support to all users based in multi-site locations
  • Log and maintain all IT details of the support and service tickets
  • Respond to more complex problems and escalate them upwards for resolution
  • Provide 1st line IT diagnosis and resolve with the ideal being to fox first-time
  • Repair problems with computers, printers, networks and software
Person profile:
  • Good communication skills across all levels of the business
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Evaluate and prioritise tasks
Essential criteria:
  • Knowledge of Office 365
  • Capable to pick up bespoke systems quickly
  • Speak to different teams and people across the board to improve company IT efficiency
Desired criteria:
  • Understanding of Business and IT systems
