JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Procurement Administrator to work within the Procurement department. The successful applicant will be assisting the Procurement Officer in ensuring the departments runs efficiently.
Role profile:
  • - Set up suppliers on the internal procurement system
  • - Obtain quotations from suppliers
  • - Ordering of online goods
  • - Manage all admin for the procurement department including efficient record keeping
  • - Assist the Procurement Officer with tenders and specifications
  • - Ensure the company is compliant with financial regulations
Person profile:
  • - Excellent administration skills
  • - Ability to work independently
  • - A good eye for detail
  • - Experienced using Microsoft Office
  • - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • - Able to prioritise work loads
Desired criteria:
  • - Previous experience working within an admin role
  • - DBS checked already holding a current in date certificate
  • - Possess MCIPS or studying towards advantageous
  • - Previous procurement experience desirable
