- JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Recruitment and HR Administrator.
Role profile:- Dealing with all HR admin tasks
- Supporting the HR Team
- Inputting information accurately
- Having a high confidentiality
- Dealing with all company compliance paperwork
- General ad hoc admin tasks
- Working flexibly as part of a team
- Helping other areas of the business as and when required
Person profile:- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan and organise work effectively
- Team worker but ability to use initiative and work independently
- Good attention to detail
- Previous recruitment experience
Desired criteria:- Previous experience working within an admin role would be advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills
