Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm (37.5 Hours)
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client, who is looking for an experienced Account Manager.
This is a really exciting opportunity to work in a growing and developing business and you will be a pivotal, initial point of contact for all existing and new customers.
It is a brand new position so you can really go in and make it your own. Our client is looking to take someone on board as soon as possible so please apply immediately so you do not miss out on this fantastic position.Role profile:- Ensure all orders, quotes, telephone enquiries are processed within the agreed service levels and high standards.
- Work closely with the internal and external sales teams to ensure fluid communication and service.
- Building and maintaining a professional relationship with existing and new customers
- Organising deliveries and keeping the customers fully notified throughout
- Actively participate in all sales and cost reduction initiatives
Essential Criteria:- 3 years’ experience working within a customer service/sales office environment
- The ability to absorb and relay information
- Highly organised with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and work on own initiative
- Ability to analyse, make decisions, negotiate and sell products relative to the business
- Experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
Desired criteria:- Own transport
- Degree or at least A Levels in Maths, English, Sciences or equivalent
