JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking fora Sales/Customer Service candidate with an engineering background, either educationally or through previous work experience. The role will involve customer service and sales, providing customers with extensive product knowledge and guidance.
Role profile:- - Answer incoming customer calls, delivering excellent customer service by providing pricing and technical
- support when required
- - Produce quotations
- - Input all relevant customer information and contact into Sales Force in a timely manner
- - Identify customer needs and encourage further sales opportunities
- - Maintain and develop product knowledge
- - Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
Person profile:- - Excellent customer service skills
- - Ability to professionally manage customer and client queries and resolve in a timely manner
- - Analytical and driven
- - Previous experience within an Applications Engineer role
- - Excellent communication skills
- - Diploma within a technical field
- - Familiarity with CAD software
