JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced HR Manager with CIPD Level 5 or above.
ROLE PROFILE:
- - Build relationships with line managers and supervisors within the business to encourage smooth delivery of HR processes
- - Where necessary, offer guidance and coaching on HR practices to staff members
- - Manage all recruitment for the business, liaising closely with line managers to ensure the ideal candidate is sourced
- - Liaise with line managers and supervisors to manage absence
- - Be proactive in supporting managers with staff engagement and setting goals for employees
- - Handle disciplinary procedures professionally
- - Plan and deliver training and development of HR practices with staff
PERSON PROFILE:
- - Excellent employee relations experience
- - Ability to take ownership of projects
- - Previous experience of acting as a true business partner
- - Ability to remain creative minded in a fast paced environment
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- - Minimum of 3 year’s senior HR advisory experience
- - CIPD level 5 or above
- - Experience working in HR in a manufacturing environment
- - Working knowledge of UK employment legislation
- - Competent in Microsoft Office Tools
