Permanent role
Location: Coaville
Salary: £20,000- £22,000
Hours: Full Time,Mon to Fri
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced HR Admin and general Admin for the company to start as soon as possible. This is to provide full support to the HR Manager and you must ideally have relevant experience to apply.
ROLE PROFILE:
- Organise and maintain personnel records
- Providing first level HR admin to managers and team members
- Administration of the Time and Attendance System and Absence management
- Sending variations to Payroll department
- Prepare monthly reports on key HR metrics such as Absence, Turnover, Overtime, etc.
- Recruitment assistance
- Sending all relevant correspondence for the set-up of New Starters
- First point of contact for all telephone enquiries
- Respond to general enquiries for example Reference Requests etc,
- Support the HR team in any kind of ad hoc HR projects
PERSON PROFILE:
- Min 5 GCSE’s A-C equivalent
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role
- Ideally experience in using a time and attendance system
- Excellent attention to detail and be able to work methodically, consistently and be a self-starter
- Numerically minded
- Great communication skills both verbally and written
- Keen to suggest news ways for process improvements
- Good interpersonal skills including tact and discretion and the ability to handle confidential information
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Proven experience in a busy admin related role at a similar level
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Able to work independently
- Proven knowledge of HR processes would be advantageous
- Having worked in the manufacturing industry would be ideal
