CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
12 month fixed term contract
Loughborough area
£22,000 – depending on experience
8.30am-5.00pm Mon to Fri
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking fora German speaking customer service professional. This is for someone who is upbeat and great with customers.
Role profile:- Dealing with customer queries, via email, chat, phone
- Finding best solutions for customers
- Speaking to colleagues and sharing knowledge
- Handling all customer requests and making sure they are resolved
- Accounts Management
Person profile:- Confident and self motivated
- Excellent communicator both written and oral
- Able to demonstrate logical thinking and predict patterns or repeat behaviour
Essential criteria:- Fluent in German to a native proficiency
- Educated to GCSE grade C or above or equivalent
- Applicants are required to speak in German at interview
Desired criteria:- Previous experience of customer service and an understanding of processing orders
