GERMAN SPEAKING (PV10799)
CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
12 month fixed term contract
Loughborough area
£22,000 – depending on experience
8.30am-5.00pm Mon to Fri
 
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking fora German speaking customer service professional. This is for someone who is upbeat and great with customers.
 
Role profile:       
  • Dealing with customer queries, via email, chat, phone
  • Finding best solutions for customers
  • Speaking to colleagues and sharing knowledge
  • Handling all customer requests and making sure they are resolved
  • Accounts Management
 
Person profile:
  • Confident and self motivated
  • Excellent communicator both written and oral
  • Able to demonstrate logical thinking and predict patterns or repeat behaviour
 
Essential criteria:
  • Fluent in German to a native proficiency
  • Educated to GCSE grade C or above or equivalent
  • Applicants are required to speak in German at interview
 
Desired criteria:
  • Previous experience of customer service and an understanding of processing orders
