EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Temporary to start ASAP it is an ongoing role with a view to maybe moving into a permanent contract
LOCATION: Loughborough
SALARY: £18,500 - £20,000 to begin with to be paid as an hourly rate
HOURS: Monday to Friday 36.25 hours per week

Role profile:- Acting as the first point of contact for all clients and internal teams who are seeking product information and advice
- Discussing the range of internal products and finding solutions for clients
- Dealing with all queries from clients and giving an excellent customer experience at all times
- Work closely with other departments to ensure full potential of product knowledge
Person profile:- A Graduate

- Proficient in both written and verbal English
- An excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a low error rate
- A logical approach to problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel and Access or equivalent
