JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking foran effective and proactive Customer Support Professional to work in a lovely organisation who really look after their staff.
Role profile:- To act as a referral point for customer enquiries
- To ensure all communications received are dealt with promptly
- Resolve queries and advise of any potential problems
- Work closely with all departments, especially Order Entry. Where necessary, establish company requirements through interpretation of orders or by direct contact with suppliers
- Update and maintain mailing lists
- Action any problems highlighted in Sales Representative’s reports
- Provide proforma invoices as required
- Answer and investigate any queries raised by the overseas offices
- Raise credits and free of charge replacements
- Create stocklists and purchase reports when requested
- Put together supplier selection orders for customers to their specifications when required
- Assist with tenders
- Update the IT system with contacts
- Send emails
- Speak to customers and colleagues by phone in the UK and overseas
- Lots of general admin and support
Person profile:- Highly organised with a natural ability to prioritise
- Great telephone manner with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Essential criteria:- Strong experience in admin and dealing with customers
- MS Office must have good knowledge of
