4.30pm-9.30pm Mon to Fri
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking fora German speaking customer service professional to join a team spanning three markets including the UK, USA & Germany. This is working in a fast-paced office and for someone who is upbeat and great with customers.
Role profile:- Dealing with customer queries, via email, chat, phone or social media channels
- Finding best solutions for customers
- Speaking to colleagues and sharing knowledge
- Handling all customer requests and making sure they are resolved
- Accounts Management
- Processing orders & returns
Person profile:- Confident and self motivated
- Excellent communicator both written and oral
Essential criteria:- Educated to GCSE grade C or above or equivalent
Desired criteria:- Previous experience of customer service
