Location: Loughborough area in a village
Salary: £10.00 - £15.00 per hour depending upon experience
Hours: 12-16 hours per week
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an enthusiastic and positive candidate who is great with numbers and works on their own as at times you will be in office alone. You must have proven book-keeper experience, CIS experience and be available to start immediately ideally.
Role profile:- Good working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 payroll
- Able to run a weekly payroll
- Knowledge of CIS industry scheme a must
- All accounts payable duties, to process these to include match, batch and code all invoices received
- All sales ledger tasks
- Making payments
- Bank reconciliation
- VAT returns
- Develop both internal and external relationships with customers with a helpful and efficient manner
- Act as the first point of call for any purchase ledger queries
- General administrative duties as and when required
Person profile:- Previous Accounts experience is essential
- Sage 50 and payroll experience a must
- Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude
- Great communication skills
- Sound MS Office knowledge
