- Role: Purchase Ledger Clerk and Finance Assistant
Ref: NR1
Duration: ASAP – 3 Months temporary
Location: Loughborough and working from home
Salary: £18,000 per annum so £9.23 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am – 5:00pm
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an enthusiastic and positive candidate who is great with numbers and works well in a team. You must have proven accounts payable experience, be available to start immediately and be happy working from home. Laptop will be provided. Full training will be done at the office in Loughborough.
Role profile:- Match, batch and code all invoices received into the department
- Accurately manage all statement reconciliations
- Develop both internal and external relationships with customers with a helpful and efficient manner
- Act as the first point of call for any purchase ledger queries from suppliers and customers
- General administrative duties as and when required
Person profile:- Previous Accounts Payable Experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude to team work
- Sound MS Office knowledge
- Our client uses a bespoke IT system so training will be given
