Salary: £18,000 - £20,000
Hours: Mon to Fri 9am-6pm and 2 in 4 weekends with 2 days off during the week in lieu
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a motivated, driven Telesales and Sales team player. This is a brand new position so you can really go in and make it your own.

ROLE PROFILE:
Due to the continued growth and success, a need has risen to join a dynamic sales team as a sales representative.
- Taking calls, taking orders from the website and upselling products
- Understanding and promoting the various groups’ product ranges
- Processing the orders and dealing with customer queries
- Dealing with customers’ card payments and complaints
- Maintaining accurate customer records and admin duties
- Liaising with couriers and logistics companies to resolve delivery queries
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Ability to work on their own as well as part of a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A natural relationship builder
- Sales and cold calling experience
- Customer service skills (Essential)
- Quick learner and attention to detail (Essential)
- Confident and good telephone manner (Essential)
- Ideally having worked in a busy call centre
