SALARY: £35,000 - £40,000
HOURS: Monday – Friday, full time 37.5 hours
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a temporary Company Accountant.
Role profile:- Reporting to Financial Director
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and year end accounts
- Nominal ledger accounting
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Assist Financial Controller in creating budgets and forecasts
- Review and check work for finance team members
- Excellent time management and able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
Essential criteria:- Available immediately
- Industry or practice experience
- Pragmatic approach and flexible to support business in wider accounting tasks, as and when required.
Desired criteria:- ACA, ACCA fully qualified ideally
- Supervising a team
- Sage 200 or Sage 50
