JR Personnel is an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an Accounts Assistant.
Role profile:- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger
- Nominal ledger up to trial balance
- Month end accounts for clients.
- Answering calls
- To provide essential processing of day to day transactions
- Ensure all purchase invoices are coded correctly, posted and processed for payment
- To carry out supplier statement reconciliations
- Process expenses for supplier business
- Dealing with accounts queries
- Updating spreadsheets and general admin
Person profile:- Confident and have good interpersonal skills, able to work on your own
- Enthusiastic, professional and understand customer needs
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
Essential criteria:- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel
- AAT level 3 minimum required
- Experience of working in an accounts role
- Own transport to get to the office.
