8 HOURS 4 hours for 2 days per week

£10.00 - £15.00 per hour
 
JR Personnel is an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Book Keeper/Accounts Clerk to provide essential administrative services within the office. 
 
Role profile:
  • 70% accounts work 30% admin duties
  • Typing correspondence
  • Purchase ledger
  • Sales ledger
  • Payroll – can be taught
  • Nominal ledger up to trial balance
  • Answering calls
  • Any other tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the office
 
Person profile:
  • Confident and have good interpersonal skills, able to work on your own
  • Enthusiastic, professional and understand customer needs
  • Excellent organisational skills
 
Essential criteria:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel
  • Experience of working with Sage line 50
 
Desired criteria:
  • Own transport to get to the office.
