JR Personnel is an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Book Keeper/Accounts Clerk to provide essential administrative services within the office.
Role profile:- 70% accounts work 30% admin duties
- Typing correspondence
- Purchase ledger
- Sales ledger
- Payroll – can be taught
- Nominal ledger up to trial balance
- Answering calls
- Any other tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the office
Person profile:- Confident and have good interpersonal skills, able to work on your own
- Enthusiastic, professional and understand customer needs
- Excellent organisational skills
Essential criteria:- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel
- Experience of working with Sage line 50
Desired criteria:- Own transport to get to the office.
