JR Personnel is an employment agency, acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a Contract and Service Co-ordinator to provide an essential service to assist to smooth and efficient operation of all functions within the contract and ops departments. 
Role profile:           
  • Renewing of existing service and maintenance contracts
  • Analysis of contracts to ensure the clients are getting the best and most relevant service
  • Looking at processes and procedures and continuing to make these more streamlined and effective
  • Raising cost sheets and opportunities and setting up contracts
  • Contacting clients to renew contracts and building strong client relationships
  • First port of call for customers relating to service contracts
  • Chasing up quotations
  • Collating statistics for maximising service delivery
  • Ad hoc project work
Person profile:
  • Meticulous and very organised
  • Someone who can  think ahead and see the bigger picture
  • Confident and have good interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic, professional and understand customer needs
  • Relationship building skills and flexibility with working hours if required
Essential criteria:
  • Experience of working within a contract and service industry and environment
  • Experience of analysing and deciphering contractual terms
  • Sound IT skills and databases in particular
Desired criteria:
  • Experience of working within the IT sector
