EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Temporary to start ASAP until 6 Months

LOCATION: Loughborough

SALARY: £11.00 per hour

HOURS: Monday to Friday 36.25 hours per week

The Opportunity:

Our client, a world leader in the scientific industry are seeking a candidate with excellent accuracy and attention to detail to fulfil the position of Product Coordinator on a temporary basis for 6 months

Role profile:
  •  
  •  - Receive and action various requests relating to the product catalogue
  •  
  •  - Prioritise requests and schedule into your workload as deemed appropriate
  •  
  •  - Build upon product knowledge and research alternative options for products which are out of stock or discontinued
  •  
  •  - Provide customers with relevant information on products to allow them to make informed decisions regarding their purchases
  •  
  • -Take ownership of tickets and regularly update the internal system with status and expected completion times
  •  
  •  - Work closely with other departments to ensure full potential of product knowledge
 
Person profile:
  •  
  •  - Proficient in both written and verbal English.
  •  
  • - An excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  •  
  •  - A logical approach to problem solving
  •  
  •  - Have good initiative and seek out answers to difficult problems utilising various resources
  •  
  •  - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel and Access or equivalent
  •  
  •  - Ability to multi task and prioritise workload effectively
  •  
  •  - Excellent customer service skills
  •  
  •  - A can-do attitude
  •  
  •  - Science degree or equivalent knowledge advantageous
