HOURS: Monday – Friday, full time
 
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an HR Coordinator.
 
The Opportunity:
            You will be exposed to the full array of what a busy HR department does, so it will provide you with a varied, HR generalist environment. There’s an established HR team there, so there’ll be plenty of scope for development and progression.
 
The Company:
            An established service provider in Loughborough.
 
Role profile:
  • To support the HR Team with a high quality delivery of a range of HR services including payroll processing, employee relations, employee wellbeing and recruitment.
  • Processing of monthly payroll administration.
  • Provide advice and guidance to all staff in relation to day to day HR queries.
  • Provide recruitment administration.
  • Contribute to HR projects as directed.
 
Person profile:
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written, whilst maintaining high levels of confidentiality
  • Independent and resourceful, can work with limited supervision when required
  • Effective team worker
 
Essential criteria:
  • HR qualification or willing to work towards
  • HR administration experience
  • Strong IT skills, use and maintenance of Word documents, Mail merge, Excel spreadsheets and databases
 
Desired criteria:
  • Payroll process knowledge and experience
