SALARY: £18,000 PA
HOURS: Monday to Friday 36.25 hours per week

Product Support Administrator
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE: As Product Support Administrator you will be responsible for maintaining accurate product information on behalf of business owners and clients:
ROLE PROFILE:- Receive and action allocated product requests.
- Manage a busy email inbox and customer queries that come through via a ticketing systems
- Prioritise requests and schedule into your workload as deemed appropriate
- Identify and establish the product attributes
- Upon receipt of a service ticket which requires discontinuation of a product, identify suitable, alternative products
- Document differences in original items to their replacements to allow the customer to make an informed decision
- Manage assigned tickets by regularly updating the system with status, expected completion of ticket and any comments
- Work in close collaboration and establish effective relationships with various teams including Portfolio Management, Compliance, Data, Supply Chain Planning, Warehouse and Marketing Operations
- Proficient in both written and verbal English
- An excellent attention to detail and accuracy when inputting complicated data
- A logical approach to problem solving
- Ability to utilise various resources to acquire information to support product knowledge and creation via the web, personal contact, written communication and internal data resources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel and Access or equivalent
- Ability to multi task and prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- A can-do attitude
- Science degree or equivalent knowledge advantageous
