SALARY: £19,000 per annum
HOURS: Monday to Friday 08:30am – 5:30pm

Role profile:- - Receive, process and report upon in-bound requests from clients via email and telephone
- - Liaise with different areas of the business to ensure deadlines are met
- - Keep the client informed of any account changes or product information
- - Build upon existing relationships
- - Raise quotations where necessary
- - Work as a team to ensure agreed KPI’s and SLA’s are met
Person profile:- - Excellent organisation skills and ability to multi task under pressure
- - Good communication both written and verbal
- - Understand the importance of building upon relationships both internal and externally
- - Client focussed and ability to provide excellent customer service
- - Good Microsoft Office skills particularly Word and Excel
Desired criteria:- - Prior experience dealing with difficult client situations
- - Customer Service experience
