TITLE: HR Manager – Generalist: Part Time OR Full Time

Salary: £30,000 full time salary
Hours: 3 full days or full time, but flexibility to discuss working patterns
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a HR Generalist Manager.
ROLE PROFILE:- Employee administration, including new starters, leavers and changes in line with policies and procedures.
- Administration of end to end recruitment process including advertising, managing agency relationships, collating and sending out application forms, recording equal opportunities information, conducting interviews.
- Organise inductions and produce relevant paperwork
- Ensure HR and employee data is managed effectively and accurately including using the HR system,
- Work together with key departments to provide an effective employee experience e.g. Payroll and Finance.

- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective relationship manager
- Persuasive and assertive personality
- Team player
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:- Graduate calibre candidate
- Knowledge of current HR law policies and best practice within HR
- Experience as a stand-alone HR Manager
- Commercial acumen
DESIRABLE CRITERIA:- CIPD qualified
